Tintagel Castle

Following the successful completion of the new iconic footbridge at Tintagel Castle, Red Rock were commissioned to undertake ground movement monitoring of the cliff and bridge abutments. This work includes photogrammetry, lidar surveys and regular visual inspections of rock outcrops across Tintagel castle and Tintagel Island. In addition, we have been commissioned to assess the implications of coastal erosion to cliffs and other structures around this site and to provide remedial recommendations using a “frequent but small works” approach.
